Muscle Groups being exercised: Hip Abductors and Adductors, anterior deltoids, and trapezius.
Water Depth: Chest High
Safety Tips: Control your movements and prevent the joints from straigtening completely.
Equipment: Hydro-Tone Boots and Bells (either big or small)
Starting Position: Legs together and hands in front of chest.
Movement: "Jumping Jack" jump both feet apart while one hand "punches" forward. As you jump the feet together, you bring the first hand back to the chest and "punch" the other hand forward. The hands are now alternately punched forward as the feet jump out and then together.
