Exercise #5 - Soldier Marching

Muscle Group being exercised: Quadriceps/gluteals

 Name for movement: Soldier Marching

 Water Depth: Waist to chest deep

 Safety tips: Tight abdominals, squeeze gluteals as foot goes to the bottom

 Equipment: Hydro-Tone Boots

 Starting Position: Standing

 Movement: Lift knee, kick foot forward to the surface, swing leg down as you step forward. Repeat movement with the other leg.

Possible Music: Marching Music
