Major Muscle Pair being tested: Medial Deltoid and Lattissimus Dorsi
Starting Position:
Water Depth: arm-pit deep
Safety Tips: Keep elbows slightly bent and abdominals tight.
Movement: Bells are brought laterally up to the surface. Bells are pushed back down to the legs.
Count: Each time the bells are brought to the surface, count ONE. Each time the bells are pushed down to the legs, count one.
Duration of Test: One minute
