Major Muscle Pair being tested: Hip Abductors and Hip Adductors
Starting Position:
Safety Tips: Keep the legs just slightly bent and the body pressed against the wall as much as possible.
Movement: The legs are moved into a sideways split (lateral abduction) and then back together as quickly as possible for the entire duration of the test.
Count: Each time the legs are moved fully apart, count one. Each time the legs are brought together, count one.
Duration of Test: One minute
