Major Muscle Pair being tested: Pectorals and Trapezius
Starting Position:

Stand with one foot forward and one foot back in a stable stance.

Keep the knees bent and abdominals tight.

Stand with your back against a lane line.

Begin with both bells in the water and together extended in front of the
chest.

Keep the elbows slightly bent throughout the movements.
Water Depth: Arm-pit deep
Safety Tips:

Keep elbows slightly bent and abdominals tight.

DO NOT ARCH THE BACK.
Movement: The bells begin in front of the chest. They are pulled
outward and backward with almost fully-extended arms until the bells touch
the lane line
Count: Each time a bell is brought to touch the lane line a count
of one is made.
Each time the bells are brought together in front of the chest a count
of one is made.
Duration of Test: One minute
